By accessing and using Resolution Reality Check ("quittersday.xyz"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Resolution Reality Check is an entertainment service that uses AI to generate humorous "roasts" and predictions about New Year's resolutions. The service includes:
- AI-generated roast text based on your resolution
- Predicted "quit dates" for entertainment purposes
- Shareable image cards
- Optional weekly accountability emails
- Leaderboards and gamification features
3. Rate Limits
To ensure fair usage and service availability for all users, we implement the following rate limits per IP address:

If you exceed these limits, you will receive a 429 "Too Many Requests" error and must wait for the time window to reset before making additional requests.
4. User Content
When you submit a resolution for roasting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process this content for the purpose of generating roasts. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You agree not to submit content that is:
- Illegal or promotes illegal activities
- Harmful, threatening, or harassing
- Violates the rights of others
- Contains personal information of third parties without consent
5. Entertainment Disclaimer
This service is for entertainment purposes only. AI-generated predictions about when you might quit your resolution are humorous and not scientific. The roasts are meant to be funny, not genuinely hurtful. If you're sensitive about your goals, this might not be the service for you.
6. Payments and Refunds
Paid features are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@quittersday.xyz for refund requests.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to hurt feelings from brutal roasts.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
